At Spa Wellness, we strive to provide an impeccable spa experience for all our guests. Adhering to our spa etiquette helps ensure a tranquil and satisfying visit. From arrival to departure, each guideline is crafted to enhance your comfort and relaxation. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our spa policies to make the most of your time with us.

Here are a few guidelines to ensure clients have the perfect spa experience.

1) Booking  an Appointment

A 50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment slot. Reservations are subject to availability.

2) Arrival Time

Clients are kindly requested to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time, as a courtesy to the following guest. Late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will still be charged the full treatment fee.

3) Spa Attire

A locker with a robe and a pair of slippers will be provided. Guests are requested to refrain from nudity during spa treatments.

4) Jewellery and Other Belongings

Clients should leave valuables at home or locked away in the locker provided by the spa. The spa cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of personal belongings.

5) Cellphones

To maintain a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere, Cell phones must be switched off or on silent during your journey at the spa.

6) Cancellation Policy

We ask that you notify the spa a minimum of 8 office hours in advance should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% charge for the services. All no-show appointments will be charged for in full.
